Ad-hoc support is charged hourly, and responses will come within 3 business days. If you need faster responses, a rush rate will apply.
With a support plan, you pre-pay for your monthly support hours. In addition to a small discount, we guarantee a quick turnaround time, and rush rates don’t apply. You can also call us directly by phone. Support plans are great for organizations who don’t want to develop in-house website/database expertise, or who have a frequent need for real-time user support.
Support plans also include maintenance plans in their cost.
